IIGCC hosts an all-member event at least once a year as well as other regular programme meetings, inviting policy makers, companies and experts to engage with members. Past speakers have included Lord Stern (Patel Professor of Economics & Government and Chair of the Grantham Research Institute at The LSE) and Rachel Kyte (CEO Sustainable Energy4All) as well as senior representatives from the EU Climate Change Directorate General, UK Department of Energy and Climate Change and the International Energy Agency. IIGCC also co-hosts events with other regional investor networks (AIGCC, IGCC and Ceres) that together form the Global Investor Coalition on Climate Change, and with other organisations including Carbon Tracker, CDP and PRI.
