2025 proxy season activity

The table below shows proxy season activity at member focus companies across the five key initiatives: Banks Engagement and Research Initiative; Climate Action 100+; Finance Sector Deforestation Action; Nature Action 100 and the Net Zero Engagement Initiative. It highlights relevant shareholder and management resolutions at these companies, and links to IIGCC member-only memos where available.

This table will be updated on a weekly basis throughout the 2025 proxy season to show upcoming shareholder meetings, with previous meetings moved to the archive table at the bottom of the page.
