This year’s London Climate Action Week is set to be the biggest yet, and will take place against an increasingly volatile geopolitical backdrop. Events this year have led the clean energy transition to become increasingly interlinked with global conversations about energy security and economic resilience. In this context, the global climate agenda remains complex, with mixed policy signals and uncertainty for investors.
LCAW is an important opportunity for us to engage with our members and our wider network – to convene and make sense of what this age of rupture means for investors grappling with competing priorities.
We look forward to meeting as many members and new contacts throughout LCAW as possible, starting with our IIGCC Summit on the opening Monday. Last year’s IIGCC Summit was our largest event to date, attended by more than 450 people. We’re aiming to mark the beginning of London Climate Action Week with the same energy and ambition this year.
This year’s Summit will mark a special moment for IIGCC, which celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. We look forward to celebrating this milestone with our members and closest stakeholders – more to follow!
We hope to see you on 22 June and throughout LCAW. Please scroll through our event guide to see where we will be - do reach out to members of the team or our Head of Membership to connect.
Join us for our flagship event, the IIGCC Summit. Kicking off London Climate Action Week for our investor members, the Summit will bring together institutional investors in person and virtually to make sense of climate in an age of rupture and competing priorities, risks and opportunities. Expect lively debate and thought-provoking conversations on important topics for investors. Find out more below and register today!
