IIGCC is co-convening this Side Event with UNDP BIOFIN, FSD Africa, and Birdlife, alongside investors including Aviva, BTG Pactual, Church of England Pensions Board, and Rebalance Earth.

As COP17 begins the first global review of progress under the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF), this session will explore how private capital can help address the biodiversity finance gap. It will also introduce a framework for more clearly describing nature investments, helping translate the GBF's ambitions into actionable steps for investors.
