The Role
We are looking for a proactive HR generalist to lead day‑to‑day HR operations and provide high‑quality support across the organisation.
This role offers broad exposure across HR, employee relations and organisational development within a mission‑driven membership organisation working at the intersection of finance and climate.
It’s a hands‑on role with real impact – perfect for someone who enjoys combining daily operational delivery with strategic input. Strong HR generalist experience, including organisational development and change, is essential.
This role contributes directly to shaping IIGCC’s future by designing and embedding practical, agile people practices that help our teams thrive.
While this role is initially offered on a fixed term basis for 12 months, we hope that the contract can be extended.
