IIGCC is a network of over 90 members, including some of the largest pension funds and asset managers in Europe, who represent nearly €9 trillion in assets and take a pro-active approach to managing risks and opportunities related to climate change.

    Carbon foot printing investment portfolios: for measurement, decision-making and engagement

    A workshop on investors' options for measuring and reporting the carbon footprint of equity portfolios featuring presentations from three different service providers who will share their methodologies and insights based on an analysis of a common sample global equity portfolio. Discuss experiences with fellow asset owners and managers such as the challenges of using carbon emissions data for different sectors, compiling meaningful indicators at portfolio level, and comparing carbon intensity against a benchmark.
