IIGCC member webinar – TCFD implementation for pension schemes

On 24 June, IIGCC held a webinar to provide insights to UK-based pension scheme trustees on the practicalities of implementing the Taskforce on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) recommendations. The event featured presentations from the UK Department for Work and Pensions and The Pensions Regulator, outlining expectations and evolving approaches to regulating TCFD reporting. Members were also invited to present case studies, showcasing their approaches to implementing some of the more challenging aspects of the TCFD recommendations, including scenario analysis and the development of climate-related metrics.
