IIGCC letter to European Parliament’s Environment Committee on EU ETS vote

A letter dated 13 February, 2013, from European institutional investors to European Parliament in support of back-loading carbon credits and addressing structural problems in the European Emissions Trading Scheme (EU ETS.)  IIGCC has supported the implementation of carbon markets with the belief that a market mechanism which places a price on carbon emissions can help to drive emission reductions by catalysing innovation and driving investment in low carbon solutions.
